So after travelling 20 hours on the train, then on the greyhound over night to melbourne i was so tired that i passed out that night!! we only stayed in Melbourne for a few days and changed hostel once! but the base hostel was really good we sprnt our nights out in the hostel bar especially on Thursday as its ladies night so free drinks for us girls woo woo!!once we had seen the city and had the car we hit the road to Phillips Island for the night, we saw the penquins, koalas and some farm life!! however once we reached our camp site we found that the car hire guys hadn't given us a tent :S lucky we found a shop that sold 1 and made sure we would get our money back from Autobarns when we return the car!! so after the lack of sleep due to the cold wet weather we headed to the koala sanctuary where we saw a baby crawling around on it mum it was so cute!!!!

from here we started our trip up the coast towards sydney. As you can guessed we camped in a different place each night except on the odd occasions when we stayed for 2 nights to relax and catch a few rays!! ha ha ha one of these places was Eden, and our campsite was called "The garden of Eden" and the girls were so happy when they saw the bathrooms which had heated floors and a chandeler! ha ha ha you would have thought we were staying at the hilton or something! before leaving we went to the killer whale musuem where we leart anout a while pod of killer whales that worked with the fisher men years ago to the point where the killer whales forced humpback whales into the harbour, the fisher men killed the whales and left them while the killer whales ate the tounge and jaw and they towed the whale in later!! Totally amazing to read about things like that!! our next campsite was merimbula where again we stayed for 2 nights to catch some sun and saw a killer whale mum and pup out to see was awesome!!!

On our way up we decided to travel in land to Camberra!! We headed out on the town that night but as we were all tired we didnt last very long! ha ha ha so the next morning we headed back towards the coast but stoped off at a rodeo on the way and watched for an hour or two was really cool to watch the guys catch a calf and hog tie it in seconds!!

after a few days we headed to Shell habour where we saw blow hole and went on a treetop walk where we were 20-45m abover the forst floor on a walkway it was amazing the views where beautiful and the feeling of being neat the tree canopys and swaying on the walkways as you go was totally different from just walking through a rainforest!!
